Jim Cich
President and CEO
Mr. Cich joined Paddock in October 2007 with over 20 years experience leading both private and public companies in various industries ranging in size from startups to nearly $1 billion in sales. In his most recent position as President & CEO of MagnaDrive Corp, Mr. Cich led the organization to substantial growth, which was recognized two years in a row in the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies rankings. Mr. Cich obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington in Industrial Engineering and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Jeff Lichtenwalter
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Lichtenwalter oversees the New Pool, Remodel, Warranty, and PermaDeck divisions. Mr. Lichtenwalter has nearly 30 years experience in the pool industry, including several years with both Shasta Pools and Paddock, as well as owning and operating his own pool construction company. Mr. Lichtenwalter has conducted national training programs on interior finish and deck materials throughout the US and Canada.

Sean Nolen
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nolen joined Paddock in January 2006 after spending nearly seven years at Cavco Industries, Inc., a manufactured housing producer, where he helped lead the company 's spin-off from Centex Corporation. He also helped the company go public on the NASDAQ. Prior to Cavco, Mr. Nolen spent three years as CFO of Simula, Inc., another public company specializing in the development and manufacture of safety related products after twelve years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in their audit department. Mr. Nolen is a CPA who graduated from Northern Arizona University.
